Center for Well-Being
Northern California Center for Well-Being. 25 years in the making, they started as a holistic health organization that fit right in in west Sonoma County. But as they grew up, they saw many more opportunities to help people dealing with chronic disease — as well as help others prevent those diseases before they set it.
I was fortunate to help lead the brand evolution of this organization as a pro-bono project. When we began working on their brand, we discovered: the Center’s brand no longer reflected anything about them. They needed their brand to be as bold and vibrant as their organization.
Today, Center for Well-Being is an evidence-based community health organization devoted to educating people on how to prevent and manage chronic disease. They do everything from health policy advocacy to hosting recess for kids to cardiac surgery rehabilitation.
It’s a complicated story. As I worked with them, we found a path forward in a bold message that didn’t just focus on what they do, but where they’re going. We wanted to not only move beyond perception of being new-age holistic organization, but also present a powerful voice that proclaimed we’re not only aiming to do something great… we are already doing it.
